DUI Overview

The first advice we can give you is don't discuss your matter with anyone that doesn't need to know. If you do, you may find that people make the mistaken assumption that you were convicted or that you are not a trustworthy driver, or that you have a serious problem with alcohol and need to be watched closely. Work with your attorney to get legal advice; persons who are not attorneys may give you erroneous information about what you can expect.

Karl J. Verzani

For over twenty years Karl Verzani has been tirelessly and successfully defending clients in DUI and other criminal law matters in courts in King, Pierce and Snohomish County. Karl received a Business Administration degree from Seattle University and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law.

DUI Defense

DUI cases can be much more complex than your average criminal case. Any good DUI attorney would tell you that the heart of a DUI case is usually the BAC machine's result. Therefore a good DUI attorney's job revolves around dealing with a very scientific instrument. Fortunately, what this means is that several things must be both working properly and certified as working properly in order for the result to "come in," or be admissible in a court before a jury.
