Throughout my legal career of the past 13 years, I have been interested in studying and exposing police misconduct.  I have seen it in small and large ways in my criminal defense work over the past decade.  In mid-2011 I obtained a set of written internal findings of the Seattle Police that included some serious profanity and threats used against a pair of minorities who were unnamed.  I asked for the in-car video and was denied it due to supposed "privacy rights" of the subjects who had been mistreated and reported that mistreatment through an internal police "trial" of the officers.

Felony charges can be the most difficult matters anyone can face. Convictions can result in some very serious ramifications, so it pays to have the best possible defense available.
